PRE-GAME

Well, here I am. Never I thought I'd be back, but I'm playing Big Brother Recycled once again. Even though my last time here ended pretty horribly (one ally turning on another, that ally selling out our alliance to other players), I have a lot of good memories. So I'm excited to be back, and this time, look for Adria to make it further than 7th place.

Only half the houseguests are actually in the house, but I've started talking to a couple of them...and I already love Elissa. It can't hurt to be in good with some of the freshmeat. I've talked some with Shane as well. I like that he's a returning player, who's only played in this series once like me. And even though he had a ton of relationships last season, he remained loyal to one person throughout. So I admire that. I just have to make sure that I'm that person. LOL

Returning players I'm going to align myself with are Dominic , and Rachel. Even though I'll also have my eye on her, it's better to be with her than against her I think. I will want to split up Porsche, Jun and Nicole, whether they're going to align or not (if all of them even end up playing). But it's going to be ---in a word--- crazy.

Everyone's in the house now and a lot of people are on AIM. So I've now gotten to talk to Porsche, James and David as well. Everyone's nice enough at the moment, but we all know how that will change. I managed to scrounge up enough tequila for a shot and gave it to Ian, told him to use it wisely. He said he'd be my bff all season if I got him some. LOL

WEEK ONE - 5 Hotties 1 Nerd. WTF.

All I did was give the kid a shot of tequila. LOL And now Ian's offered me an alliance of Rachel, Porsche, David and Jessie and himself. That's a little forward seeing as I had a 2 second conversation with him earlier today and have only really talked to David and Porsche out of that whole group. I know for a fact that it will get leaked, so it's not going to last very long at all, if it even gets off the ground. I mean, I'd have to tell my boys Dominic and Shane. That's right, Dominic and Shane are my #1 guys, with Elissa as my #1 gal pal. So that's my core alliance. Not the one Ian proposed, although I do really like David and feel like I can work with him as well. But yeah, awkward.

The Power Rankings twist is pretty cool. As long as you perform well in the competitions, you can keep yourself off the block. But this will make getting rid of the stronger players that much more difficult. So it's a double-edged sword.

All I can say is that this week is going to be crazy. I thought I wanted to win HoH, but now with this twist and this crazy "alliance" I'm not sure I want it...but I'm still going to try!

Talked with Porsche. She's so aligned with Rachel it's not even funny. But if I need to work with them for now, that's what I'll do. We're going to go into this Hotties/Nerd alliance but have our own 3 person alliance inside of it. Makes me feel much better agreeing to the larger alliance because it just feels like Ian picked a bunch of people he likes. LOL

I will have to tell my boys about this later, when I see them. So that they don't think I'm keeping anything from them if they find out from someone else.

So as of right now, I'm good with Shane, Elissa, Dominic, Ian, Porsche, David, Rachel, Jessie. Pretty good for Day 1.

I can't keep up with everything that's happening. It's Night 1 and I've now been pulled into 2 alliances. LOL The second one consisting of most of the vets (James, Dom, Rachel, Porsche and Shane). Dominic initiated it and now James has taken over command. But we're going to work together to ensure that we all rank in the top half of the results so we'll all be safe. Hopefully it works. And hopefully if I happen to win HoH, I'll have McCrae, Jamie and Jack as options for nominees. I know Rachel and Porsche would prefer McCrae and Jean, but I can't evict a roomie of mine this early.

thanks boys! If I can't have HoH, I'll settle for Power Rankings safety. I think little McCrae may be in trouble with Porsche calling the shots. I can't say I'm surprised that both Porsche and Rachel finished ahead of me. But if all I have to do is perform well enough in competitions to avoid being nominated and make no enemies by winning hoh, so be it.

Anyway, the vets did get together to strategize about the rankings, so at least it worked in our favour. I was nervous about it all day, couldn't wait to come home from work and check out the results! LOL

So yeah, one of my #1 peeps (Shane) looks to be super tight with James. This is no good for me, as Shane'ssupposed to be mine, all mine, andJames isn't someone I'd like to see get very far.

Luxury #1 - Majority Sucks

Well, Majority does suck. I fell from 5th in the Power Rankings to below the safe line. Good thing Porsche is HoH. Not that I feel I'd be nominated by anyone, but you never know. If I'm one of two vets vulnerable and a newb had won, I might be in some trouble.

Anyway, I'm going to lay low until the pov competition, and hopefully climb back up the rankings with a win.

WEEK TWO - Chen Bucks the System

Well McCrae's gone, just like that. Upon his eviction he warned about being careful what you tell to Ian. What is that Nerd up to? Nothing more than the rest of us, I'm sure. But I will keep a close eye him.

When I saw the HoH competition was posted, I was excited!...Until I saw what it was. An auction. Not so bad I know, but then I saw some of the items up for bid, and these things can screw with the Power Rankings! It's scary that everything could change and people I like or myself could end up in danger. So is it better to try to win one of these items or to just go for the PRPs? Probably the items...but then will I be targeted for having a prize? I would love to win HoH, but only if I can nominate Jamie. LOL At this point, I feel like I can't put anyone else up, with the exception of Jun maybe and Jack/Jean.

So ideally, I'd like to not win HoH, but have someone I'm close to (Shane, James, Dom, Rachel, or Porsche!) win, so I don't have to worry about the Power Rankings. And if it's someone else in charge, then hopefully I'll get in the top half of the Power Rankings and stay there.

I wonder if there will be a Luxury Competition, since this HoH competition has prizes to be won...would be nice to have a quick week, so I'm hoping this satisfies both competitions.

So I did some thinking and will probably want to change these bids 25 times before deadline, but it makes sense for me to go for what people might consider the "lesser prizes". I feel like the people in the top of the Power Rankings and the people in the bottom of the Power Rankings are going to try for the Snatcher and the Swapper to help to keep them where they are or to climb up the ladder. I shouldn't be affected by someone using this prize on me. Nor am I likely to win it if people really want it.

The Diamond Power of Veto (as much as I'd love it) will also be a super popular item, maybe the most popular, so I don't want to bid a lot of money on it if I'm likely not to win it. But then again, maybe I do...

So going for HoH (although not a lesser prize by any means) may not be on many people's wish lists if they're going for an alternate route to safety, via the Swapper, DPoV, etc. There may not be heavy bidding on HoH. So I could go for that one. And that leaves the Sit-Out, the Extra Vote and the Cheat Sheet. The Cheat Sheet probably the most valuable of the three, so could also make someone a target. So it's a tricky thing to decide on...this is not a fun competition.

I will add my bids by the end of the night hopefully. I'll need to think about it some more.

OK. So I thought I wanted to win HoH, now I'm not sure at all. I'm being pulled in all directions and it's sort of my fault...I think. I told Shane about the other alliance I'm in with Porsche and Rachel, and Ian, Jessie and David. And since then, I've found out from Dominic (and now Porsche) that James and Shane know each other in real life and are super tight in this game. So James probably knows everything that I told Shane.

Now here's where things get really interesting. And here's my dilemma. I feel probably the closest with Porsche right now, and I know that she actually trusts me. The thing is, I know how good of a player she is. She's social with almost everyone, and James has brought up the idea of me and him and Dom sticking together and working with Shane and maybe Jun and some newbies. He says he feels like Rachel and Porsche are tight with other alliances, and doesn't want to protect the double dippers. Umm...I'm a double dipper, soon to be a possible triple dipper, and James probably knows this.

It's just funny because Shane asked me what I thought about James. And then James wants to have a conversation with me about business. LOL And they're pretending that they don't talk to each other about stuff, yet I know that they do.

So anyway, I find myself now with 3 alliances:

I might not have to win an HOH all season long. LOL I just have to walk right down the middle and balance all these alliances. I guess that is what I do best anyway.
