Week 9

James winning the veto makes my life easier in a way as I was really leaning toward voting Dom. He is better in the real skill based comps and now that he can't play the borderline inactive anymore I feel he would step it up if he doesn't leave this week. My goal for the week was to split up James/Dom and that will still happen.

This does leave next week hanging in the balance a bit. If I were to win HOH I had originally wanted to take out Jessie while she couldn't compete for HOH but I don't know how long I can endure James's insane babble. He really makes no sense to me, I fail to see what I am guilty of. He had 0 loyalty to me and proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt, then tells me how sorry he is and that he was a coward and now it's all my fault he was nominated? There aren't many players left it was smart of Rachel to split up a known pair and Dom admitted to targeting her sooooo I am the bad guy?

Last night James came to me saying that he wants a final 3 deal with Rachel and I. He said he knows that it may sound far fetched given that he knows he has burned me twice in the game but that he really wants to win the next HOH to prove himself. He could be pulling a major set up as payback for Rachel's HOH room I really don't know. The part that gets me is that some of what he said was very personal in nature so I would hate to think that he could say those things and have bad intensions.

With HOH coming up it can't hurt to discuss it and come to an agreement in the event James wins HOH he can either do as he said and prove himself or he can nominate me with Rachel and prove it was all a lie but at least if I go for this deal there is a chance. What he said does make sense. We would have the three of us after each other in addition to the rest of the house after us.

He also let me know that Elissa came to him really pushing a F4 with James, Dom, and Jessie. I do believe this to be true. While Elissa is a good friend of mine she is clearly setting herself up in the best position possible and I need to do the same. I think that she has a F2 deal in place with Jessie. I am sure she has noticed that I have never made any F2 promises to her and I know she sees how close Rachel and I are. If James did win HOH next week and nominate Elissa that would be epic!

For right now my plan is to proceed with caution and not put all my eggs in his basket but I'll give it a go and see what happens. If it is genuine no one would ever suspect it given the things we have said to each other in the veto meeting thread.
