HOH 9 - Change Ahead

It's time for the next Head of Household competition. Free from the threat of eviction, the Head of Household has the duty to nominate two houseguests for eviction. Jessie, as outgoing HOH you are not allowed to compete.

This competition is called Change Ahead. This is a simple challenge of your observation skills. I have altered things on the board, your job is to name them. You will gain a point for every correct answer and lose a point for every incorrect answer. I will only say that there are more than 5, but less than 25 changes. You will submit your list in your diary room within 24 hours. (Also, don't waste your time with changes that occur all time, i.e. Andrew getting put in black and white or moving to the jury section on the sidebar) Please do not discuss this competition with any houseguest until results.

Can these changes be anywhere on the site or is this comp based just on the main page?

Let me tell you a story. Sicily. 1912. Picture this. Two young girls, best friends, who share three things: a pizza recipe, some dough and a dream. Everything is going great until one day a fast talking pepperoni salesman gallops into town. Of course, both girls are impressed. He dates one one night, the other the next night. Pretty soon, he drives a wedge between them. Before you know it, the pizza suffers, the business suffers, the friendship suffers. The girls part company and head for America, never to see one another again. Rose, one of those girls was me. The other one you probably know as Mama Celeste.

I would like that also my internet went down and I couldn't get back on the board for a bit and I had to run out for a few hours

In the future, could we ask for extensions when the competition is posted? Just in general. So everyone can have the same amount of time from start to finish, and prepare their time commitments within that time frame accordingly.

I would also like to finish this season within my life span ^_^

Though I know I've been guilty for needing last minute extensions to find overlapping times for my schedule and Jules to be online to do sessions.

I wouldn't have asked, but I know on my end I had unexpected computer issues that hindered me from being able to do the competition, which was the only reason I asked as late as I did.

That's exactly why my message is a general message. It's not specifically at Porsche, Rachel, or Dominique. It's a PSA for all, for at least how I would like extensions to be pursued in the future.

And session comps are different than this type of comp, js BETH

It doesn't bother me, because it doesn't seem like Julie was going to be posting results at the deadline anyway. I mean, she hasn't been on since 9AM.

Unfortunately I could not forsee my internet going down yesterday I think a few hours is a lot better than the days that usually seem to happen. It isn't always possible to ask right away

I also don't mind the extension this round... I was saying to apply this for future competitions. We all have busy schedules, and I know things come up. I'm just trying to make things more efficient, but I'm down for dragging this game on too.
